Title and number of pages of the notified document: Requirements on motor vehicle emissions. 6. Description of content: All Petrol driven vehicles which are to be registered in Singapore from 1 July 1994 shall comply with the European Directive 91/441/EEC or Article 31 of the Japanese Safety Regulations for road vehicles. 7.
