Fogarty,, (215)823-5872 Contractor will furnish all labor, materials and equipment required for transcribing all Hospital Summaries, Operative Reports, C&P Exams and STAT Summaries for the Philadelphia VA Medical Center, Medical Administration Service. The Contractor must be able to access dictation via the RTAS Digital System and have the capability to down load into the VA DHCP System via PSI Link. Pick-up or delivery of material take place via Digital Dictation. All requests for packages must be submitted in writing, telephone requests will not be honored. Solictation packages will be available on 7/13/95. The contract period shall be from 10/1/95 through 9/30/96 with two (2) one year options. (0171)
