Provide all plant, labor, materials and equipment, and perform all work required to construct Lecture Hall, Building 1204, Fort Monmouth, New Jersey, in strict accordance with Drawing Nos. 10741-1 thru 10741-12 and Specifications 93-1046. Scope of work includes, but is not limited to, all demolition, providing carpet, sloped floor, handrails, suspended ceiling systems, ceiling insulation, gypsum wallboard walls, new central air conditioning system, new lighting, electrical distribution panels, wall switches and receptacles. Proposed procurement is unrestricted and subject to the availability of funds. Site visit and liquidated damages will be specified in IFB DAAB08-95-B-0032, to be issued on/about July 10, 1995. This project has an estimated price between $250,000.00 and $500,000.00. Performance and Payment Bonds as well as a bid guarantee are required in accordance with the FAR. Construction completion time is 180 days. There is a charge of $24.00 per bid package to cover Government specifications and drawings. Only checks or money orders will be accepted; they must be made payable to ''Defense Accounting Office, Fort Monmouth, NJ 07703'' and include as a note the acct number: 21R3210.
