Erection of a 4 bay 2400 SF prefab, rigid frame, unfinished, steel agricultural building, with one bay having a concrete floor and three bays having a crushed rock base. Plus drain field and approx. 1000 SF of concrete serving as a wash/mixing pad with spill storage and parking area. 2. Addition of an approximately 700 SF insulated, steel frame bldg. to an existing single wall wood framed seed cleaning bldg. Addition to include climate controlled seed storage room, walk-in cooler, rest room and potting/work space. 3. Improvements to existing seed cleaning bldg. to include new metal roofing, paint existing siding to match, fabrication and installation of new door, crawl space venting and new windows. 4. Site work as necessary to connect new toilet to existing septic tank, reroute electrical underground, and connect new building to existing water system. Some demolition may also be required. Estimated bid range is $100,000 to $250,000. All responsible bidders may submit an offer which will be considered by the agency. (0171)
