Clark/Pkoeb/(801)777-0191 The existing cabinets, sinks, countertops, disposals, dishwashers, and range hoods shall be removed along with incidental electrical and plumbing items. An inoperable disposals and dishwashers shall be replaced by the Government. The replacing units and the working disposals and dishwashers shall be retained for installation into the new cabinets by the contractor. New cabinets countertops, sinks, traps, faucets and other accessories shall be installed by the contractor as part of this contract. Associated electrical, plumbing, and patch work shall be accomplished as required by the contractor. Estimated Range: $300,000 - $600,000 Performance period: 300 days Hill Air Force Base UT, Area F The approximate issue/response date will be 10 Jul 95. No telephone requests. An Ombudsman has been appointed to hear concerns from offerors or potential offerors during the proposal development phase of this acquisition. The purpose of the Ombudsman is not to diminish the authority of the program director or contracting officer, but to communicate contractor, concerns, issues, disagreements, and recommendations to the appropriate government personnel. When requested, the Ombudsman will maintain strict confidentiality as to the source of the concern.
