The successful Contractor shall provide the materials, equipment and labor necessary to provide for the following: Base Bid: Remove existing brick veneer and reinforced concrete planter. Construct new reinforced concrete sheet walls and foundations adjacent to existing masonry walls. Remove existing partitions, install new metal stud walls and fire rated doors. Remove and reinstall, or protect in place, electrical lights, outlets, switches, fire pull stations, etc., and associated wiring. Additive item 1: install new structural steel braces in the roof framing of the high bay area. Additive item 2: install new structural steel angle ties between existing concrete tilt-up walls and the second floor concrete slab. THERE WILL BE A NON-REFUNDABLE CHARGE OF $35.00 FOR EACH SET OF PLANS AND SPECIFICATIONS. MAKE CHECK PAYABLE TO: DMJM, INC. The place of performance is NASA-Ames Research Center, Moffett Field, California 94035-1000. The contract duration will be 90 calendar days.
