The project includes all labor, transportation, material, equipment and supervision required to perform exterior painting on 302 Navy Housing Units with carport totaling at approximately 930,600 square feet and incidental related work. The work also includes surface preparation, replacement of all delaminated caulking and putty, repair of all concrete spall and cracks, cutting and trimming of trees, restenciling of house numbers and other incidental related work. The work is located at Lockwood Terrace Navy Housing area, U. S. Navy Public Works Center, Guam, M. I. The performance period is 199 calendar days from the date of award. The estimated dollar range is between $500,000.00 and $1,000,000.00.
