Z -- FOG SEAL AIRFIELD SURFACES SOL F41620 95 B0004 POC Nick Futrell tel: 806/885-3657/Neil Cole 806/885-3995 The work for this project includes furnishing all labor, equipment, materials and related items necessary to complete the application of an emulsion Fog Seal on all asphaltic surfaces on the airfield at Reese AFB and Terry County Auxillary Airfield. This work shall be done on Saturdays and Sundays and/or Holidays and the Runways and Taxiways shall be ready for normal flying operations on Monday mornings at 0600 hours or the day following a Holiday. The Fog Seal will be 15 percent emulsion at the rates specified. The work should begin as soon as Notice to Proceed is issued and extend over a period not to exceed 8 week ends or sixty (60) calender days. Work shall be performed at and on Reese AFB, located 10 miles west of LubbocK, TX. The magnitude of this project is between $25,000.00 and $100,000.00. This is full and open competion unless 2 or more responsible/responsive bids are received from Small Disadvantaged Business (SDB) concerns, at which time it will then become an SDB Set Aside. The Standard Industrial Classification Code is 1611. Small and Small/Disadvantaged business concerns are encourged to participate in this request.
