Construction shall include the removal of approximately the same amount of old existing gas line. This acquisition is being considered as a total Small Disadvantaged Business (SDB) set-aside. However, if adequate interest is not shown by SDB concerns, the solicitation will be issued as unrestricted without further notice. The estimated magnitude is between $500,000 and $1,000,000.
