This IFB is for providing all labor, material, equipment, and supervision to repair asphalt pavements on roads, streets and parking areas at Ft. McCoy, as needed. Work will include bituminous pavement removal, base course removal, placing of base course aggregates, performing full depth and shallow depth patching, placing asphalt overlays over existing pavements, laying of new asphalt pavements and shouldering of pavements. All work will be performed on an as needed basis by issuance of delivery orders against a requirements contract. Magnitude of this project is between $500,000 and $1,000,000. A 20% bid bond is required. Request for this IFB must be in writing accompanied by a non-refundable certified check, cashiers check or money order payable to the U.S. Treasury in the amount of $8.00 per package. No personal, company, registered checks or cash will be accepted. All responsible sources may submit a bid which shall be considered. (166)
