Contractor to supply post and pre-mix soda syrups to include: cola, diet cola, orange, lemon lime and root beer to the U.S. Penitentiary, Terre Haute, Indiana. The successful bidder will be required to provide and maintain at no additional charge the following new equipment: soda machine dispenser, post-mix unit with all necessary parts, service to mantain units throughout the contract period - three units to be installed at the main institution, one to be installed at the camp, and one to be installed at the Special Housing Unit. Units should be equipped to provide four flavors and one water. The contract period will be October 1, 1995, through September 30, 1996. IFB 138-01487 will be issued approximately July 12, 1995, closing approximately August 16, 1995. All responsible sources may submit a bid package which will be considered.
