A facilities clearance and security clearances for certain personnel will be required. Offerors will be required to submit Technical Proposal in an original and four copies and Cost Proposal in an original and two copies. This solicitation will be issued on or about 5 Jul 95 with proposals due on or about 5 Aug 95. The contract will provide for a phase-in period of 10 working days. Basic period of performance will be date of award through 30 Sep 96 with option periods extending through 30 Sep 99. The government contemplates a firm fixed price contract. The proposed acquisition is 100 percent set aside for small businesses.
