The property accountability services include: the processing of requisitions, receiving functions, data entry, delivery/pickup of equipment and material, shipping of equipment/material and supply functions. The contractor shall be responsible for the operation and maintenance of a property accountability system for all controlled material, receipt and issuance of all material and equipment, conduct of scheduled inventories, issuance of all material and equipment, conduct of scheduled inventories of all NAWCAD controlled property, and services in support of supply functions at the Material Control Division. A firm fixed price contract is contemplated. The requirement will have a performance period of one year commencing 1 JAN 1996, with four, year option periods. The requirement is 100% small business set-aside. All responsible small business sources are encouraged to submit a proposal in response to this requirement for consideration by the Government.
