These units are manufactured by Motorola; therefore, a parts agreement with Motorola is required as well as Intrinsically Safe (IS) certification. The contract start date is 1 Oct 1995. This will be a 5 year contract (base year plus 4 option years). The proposed issue date is on or about 20 July 1995. Proposed closing date is on or about 21 August 1995.
