The Federal Bureau of Prisons is seeking organizations capable of providing a curriculum leading to a Business Sales Certificate. The certificate program would provide marketing skills in sales presentation, negotiation and customer service, with additional areas that would include display preparation, inventory analysis and basic marketing research. The contractor must be accredited and all credit hours earned by inmates should be transferable to other educational. Contractor must be listed in the directory titled ``Accredited Institutions of Post-Secondary Education'' and or designated eligible by the United States Department of Education to receive tuition assistance funds. The anticipated issue date of the request for proposal is June 26, 1995, with an anticipated receipt of offers date of July 27, 1995. The contract period will be a base year not to exceed twelve (12) months with four (4) one year option periods for the renewal. All responsible sources may submit offers which will be considered.
