Contractor to provide all equipment, labor, and materials to construct a 255 ft. by 95 ft. asphalt parking lot including grading/excavation, binder, wearing course, and painting of parking lines. Contractor to also provide all equipment, labor and materials necesary to construct a 52 ft. by 128 ft. block and steel structure building including rubberized roofing system, exterior drive-it finish and installation of all doors, windows, and associated hardware at the Federal Correctional Institution, Loretto, PA. The estimated magnitude of this project is $250,000.00 to $500,000.00. This will be a firm fixed-price contract. Solicitation documents will be made available on or about July 24, 1995. A pre-bid conference is tentatively scheduled for August 15, 1995. Due to the type of facility involved and the security procedures required, it is strongly recommended that all prospective bidders attend the pre-bid conference. All requests for solicitation documents must be made in writing accompanied by a non-refundable $100.00 postal money order for each set of drawings/specifications requested.
