This work includes construction of a one story earth covered building with concrete floor slab, concrete frame, concrete and steel roof deck, air conditioning, raised flooring, lighting, grounding, lightning and surge protection to house an Extra High Frequency Satellite Communication Terminal as an addition to SUBASE building 1063 and other incidental related work.
