project consists in constructing an armoured (wood and/or geotextiles)
access for oil well drilling equipment to a shallow well through a
Federally designated Wilderness area in Jasper, County, Texas.
Additionally, the armoured access is to be removed after its intended
use. The terrain is bottomland within a major creek floodplain with
highly sensitive soils and vegetation. The 1000 feet access will also
include light clearing, furnishing and installing two small culverts,
and furnishing and hauling borrow material. This proposed project
listed here is a 100 percent small business set-aside. When calling be
