Lagamma, (408)752-3058/Phone request will not be accepted. The proposed procurement is for an Indefinite Delivery-Indefinite Quantity Contract. The contractor shall furnish all plant, material, labor and equipment to perform work required to install, repair, and or maintain pavements, curbs, and sidewalks indentified in each delivery order. Work includes demolition, excavation, grading, base and subbase preparation, asphalt and portland cement concrete (PCC) pavement placement, necessary reinforcements, curb/curb and gutter installation, sidewalk installation, catch basin and manhole placement, utility cover raising, sealing, painted striping, installatin of reflective markers/media, and site restoration work. Specific work shall be identified in each delivery order at rates set forth in the Bid Schedule. The term of the contract is Base Year and one Option Year. The contract term shall commence on the date of award and shall be for a period of twelve months, or until the maximum amount of work has been ordered, whichever occurs first. The Government may extend the term of the contract in accordance with the ''Option to Extend The Term of the Contract'' clause. The estimated dollar range for the Base Year and Option Year is between $250,000 and $500,000. This proposed procurement is being considered for 100% set-aside for SDB concerns. Interested SDB concerns should, as early as possible but not later than 15 days from CBD notice date, indicate interest in the acquisition by providing the contracting officer with evidence of capability to perform (including references for similar work with telephone numbers, point of contact and contract numbers), letters from the bonding company certifying bonding capability up to the maximum magnitude of the project, previous contracts, experience and positive statement as a small and socially disadvantaged business concer. If adequate interest is not received from SDB concerns, the solicitation will be issued as unrestricted without further notice. If references and eligibility statements are not submitted for each separate solicitation, those SDB concerns will not be considered in determining the set-aside. Therefore, replies to this notice are requested from both large and small business concerns as well as SDB concerns. Woman-owned small businesses are encouraged to reply. All responsive, responsible business concerns will be considered.
