Furnish all plant, labor, materials and equipment for the renovation of the Washington Auditorium at the U.S. Coast Guard Reserve Training Center in Yorktown, VA. The project work involves renovation of the toilet rooms and lobby finishes, installation of aluminum storefront, insulating glazing, quarry tile, sheet vinyl, ceramic floor and wall tile, suspended acoustical ceiling, lighting, access ramp and railing system, mechanical and plumbing systems, asbestos removal and disposal, and patching of all damaged or disturbed during construction. Contract performance time is two-hundred and ten (210) days after notice to proceed. Estimated range is between $250,000 - $500,000. This is an unrestricted procurement per PL 100-656, Business Opportunity Development Reform Act of 1988. Offers will be accepted from both large and small businesses. For the purpose of determining size status, a small business is one whose average annual receipts for the preceding three years does not exceed $17 million (SIC 1542).
