Furnish all labor, supervision, equipment, tools, materials, parts and operations required to Repair/Alter DGS-2 Operations Facility at Beale AFB in accordance with plans and specifications including renovation of approximately 18,000 SF of interior space at building 1200. Renovation includes, but not limited to, demolition of interior contents, renovation of electrical, plumbing, HVAC, communications, fire alarm, and security alarm systems. Project also includes, but not limited to, installation of a fire sprinkler system. The magnitude of this solicitation is between one (1) and five (5) million dollars. This action is being considered 100% set-aside for Small Disadvantaged Business (SDB) concerns. Interested SDB concerns should notify our office, in writing, of their intention to bid on this project as a prime contractor as early as possible but no later than 10 days from the publication date of this notice. The notification must include a positive statement of eligibility as a small, socially and economically disadvantaged business concern, evidence of capacity to obtain capability to perform projects of this complexity and magnitude. Complete information concerning management experience in similar work and financial status should be submitted with references. If adequate interest is not received from SDB concerns, the solicitation will be issued on an unrestricted basis without further notice. Therefore, replies to this office are still requested from all interested business concerns as well as from Small Disadvantaged Business Concerns. Project requirements will be available on or about 15 Jul 95. All work accomplished will be in strict accordance with the specifications and drawings.
