This project includes providing all materials, labor, equipment, supervision, and transportation to repair the deteriorated concrete surfaces and structural components of the elevated pier foundations on the Administration and Boathouse Building at USCG Base Galveston, and the LEDET Building at USCG LEDET/Reserve Galveston, Texas. The work will include removal of defective concrete, epoxy injection, V-cutting, cleaning exposed steel, surface preparation, priming the steel with anti-corrosion coating, mortar patching, and sealing and painting the finish surfaces. Estimated range is between $25,000.00 and $100,000.00. Bid guarantee, payment and performance bonds are required.
