Construct Manchester Road Marquee. Project TMKH-95-1034: Construct a double faced programmable electronic billboard with 24 x 80 reflective matrix cube display and internally illuminated display panel: on Reilly Road. Work includes, billboard controller, power wiring, telephone, portable computer remote controller with modem, masonry planter, landscaping and demolition of an existing billboard. Construct Manchester Road Marquee, Project Number TMKH-95-1034: Construct a double faced programmable electronic billboard with 24 x 80 reflective matrix cube display and internally illuminated display panel on Reilly Road. Work includes billboard controller, power wiring, telephone, portable computer remote controller with modem, masonry planter and landscaping. Magnitude of the project is between $250,000 and $500,000. The contract performance period for this project is 110 calendar days after Notice to Proceed. This proposed acquisition is being considered for 100% set-aside for Small Disadvantaged Business (SDB). Interested SDB firms need to submit their interest no later than 7 Jul 95 and, provide evidence of eligibility. If adequate interest is not received from SDB firms, the solicitation will be issued unrestricted; therefore, replies are requested from all business concerns.
