Z -- BOILER AND HOT WATER CONVERSION TO NATURAL GAS AT BUILDING 2080 Sol F45613-95-B0027. Due 080995. Work includes, but is not limited to, conversion of an existing oil fired boiler to natural gas fuel and conversion of this same boiler from steam to hot water production. The work further consists of, but is not limited to, changing air handling steam coil to hot water, installation of hydronic specialties, and removal of oil fired domestics hot water tank with replacement by natural gas domestic hot water tank. The facility will remain operational during the Contractor's work. Work is located at Fairchild AFB, WA. The magnitude of the work is between $25,000 and $100,000. Government furnished materials are not included. The contract performance period shall be seven calendar days and shall be accomplished prior to 1 Nov 95. The Standard Industrial Classification (SIC) Code is 1711. This procurement is being considered for 100% Small Disadvantaged Business Concerns. Interested SDB concerns should contact the Fairchild AFB Contracting Office as soon as possible, but no later than 6 Jul 95.
