Work consists of construction of new partition walls and installation of new air conditioning including electrical power at elevator equipment room. Elevator work includes new controllers, rectification units, operating panels, guide shoes, door operators/interlocks/hangers, intercom and smoke detection systems. Work is to be completed within 300 calendar days after receipt of Notice to Proceed. Offerors must have a minimum of five years experience in elevator work and must have satisfactorily completed at least three (3) projects of similar size and scope.
