The work includes, but is not limited to, furnishing all labor, approved materials, equipment and supervision necessary to complete Parts A & B of this project. Part A consists of replacing all interior finish materials, toilet partitions and accessories, interior doors and frames, handrails, insulation, water damaged wood floors and walls, plumbing fixtures and piping, electrical fixtures and wiring. Also repair existing heating and ventilating system and all incidental related work. Part B consists of constructing a wet pipe fire protective sprinkler system in an existing building including trenching and backfilling, pavement repair, repair of gypsum wallboard and acoustical ceilings, connection to fire alarm system and all incidental related work.
