Invitation for Bids: IFB, drawings and specifications will be available for installation of air conditioning unit at medical log warehouse at Minot AFB, North Dakota O/A 03 Jul 95. Work is 80% mechanical and 20% electrical. Work is not in a restricted area, and consists of a 60 day performance period. Project magnitude is between $25,000 and $100,000. This action is being considered for 100% set-aside for Small Disadvantaged Business (SDB) concerns. Interested SDB concerns should notifiy our office, in writing, of their intention to bid on the project as a prime contractor as early as possible but no later than 27 June 1995. This notification must include a positive statement of eligibility as a small socially and economically disadvantage business concern, evidence of capacity to obtain required bonds, and specific information which demonstrates the capability to perform projects of this complexity and magnitude. Complete information concerning management experience in similaar work and financial status should be submiteded with references. If adequate interest is not received from SDB concerns, the solicitation will be issued on an unrestricted basis without further notice.
