This project provides for the replacement of gypsum board ceiling (5600 SF) installation of new HVAC systems (48 units), demolition of exisiting HVAC systems (48 units), including furnaces, cooling coils, air cooled condensing units, ductwork and air devices and all other work as required to comply with the specifications and drawings for the repair of the HVAC in the Hillcrest Housing Area at Pope Air Force Base, North Carolina. The magnitude of this project is between $250,000 and $500,000. This proposed acquisition is being considered for 100% set aside for Small Disadvantaged firms (SDB). Interested SDB firms need to submit their interest not later than 13 Jul 95 and provide evidence of eligibility. If adequate interest is not received from SDB firms, the solicitation will be issued unrestricted; therefore, replies are requested from all business concerns. SDB eligibility evidence to include performance references, previous similar projects completed, and positive statement of eligibility as a socially and economically disadvantaged business concern, along with bonding capability.
