The Golf Clubhouse will replace existing World War II vintage wooden buildings joined together totaling 10,104SF. Clubhouse includes lobby, locker rooms, snack bar, lounges, pro shop, office, utility room, kitchen, repair shop, club storage and sales area. Equipment/cart storage facility with house powered golf carts. Masonry wall, concrete foundation/slab, metal structural frame, and sloped concrete tile roof in a Spanish Mission-Style architecture consistent with the historic ranch house located northeast of the proposed site. Provide a fire suppression system, landscaping, utilities, site amenities and other support systems for a complete facility and demolition of existing facilities. The magnitude of this project is $1 million - $5 million. This acquisition will be unrestricted. A $105.00 non-refundable payment will be required with any written request for a solicitation package.
