This project is being advertised as a stand-by project and is subject to the availability of funding. The estimated price range is between $1,000,000.00 to $5,000,000.00. Bidding material will be available after July 11, 1995 at a cost of $25.00 per set, non-refundable. Only a cashier's check or a money order is acceptable. This is a total Buy-Indian Set Aside for economic enterprises that are 51% Indian Owned and controlled firms. ``Section 7(b) of Public Law 93-638 (25 USC 460E) and 41 CFR 14-1.354 require that preference opportunities in employment and training be given to Indian/Alaska native economic enterprises.
