Provide all plant, labor, material, equipment, appliances and supervision necessary to upgrade the main roads and parking lot on Selfridge ANG Base, Michigan. Work includes, but is not limited to, removal of approximately 50,000 SY of asphalt overlaid concrete pavement on Jefferson and Wilbur Wright Roads (including drives, curbs and gutters, gravel shoulders drop inlets), and approximately 14,000 SY of asphalt paved parking lot, the removal/rplacement of associated underground utilities, installation of new asphalt pavement in both areas, new curb and gutters where shown on the drawings. The work is scheduled as follows: The parking lot will be completed no later than 30 December 1995. The road work will commence on/about 01 May 1996, depending on weather conditions. All work shall be in strict accordance with the plans and technical provisions for Project VGLZ949697, ``Upgrade Access Roads and Main Parking Lot''. This is an unrestricted procurement. (167)
