KOVENDY, (508)651-4027 Contractor shall design and replace five (5) Septic Systems at the Soldier Sytems Command housing area located in Wayland, MA. Contract shall be a design to build and the priority of replacement will be based on anticipated system failures as described in the ''Summary of Work''. The designs must be satisfactory to all appropriate local authorities, and the installed systems must pass local regulatory agency inspections. All permits and approvals to start work shall be obtained. Sewage disposal systems shall be completely installed within 48 hours of the termination of use of the existing system. As-Built plans shall be submitted within 48 hours of completion of the system installation. Firms responding shall indicate whether or not they are a small business or small disadvantaged business concern. For the purpose of this requirement, any concern, the size standard for which is a gross average annual income, as averaged over the last three years, of $7,000,000. or less.
