Work includes demolition and removal of existing air handling units in two ``rolling pin'' barracks at Fort Jackson, SC then furnishing and installing state-of-the-art replacement units including related piping, insulation and ductwork. Funds are not currently available for this project. Standard Industrial Classification is 1711. Magnitude of construction is between $500,000 and $1,000,000. Performance time per building is 120 calendar days but all work must be completed by April 30, 1995. This acquisition is being conducted under the Small Business Competitiveness Demonstration Program on an unrestricted basis. Only written requests for solicitation documents will be honored.
