Project consists of hot asphalt concrete pavement surfacing, repairing dig-outs and sign installation on 7.8 miles of road on the Lake Traverse Indian Reservation, Roberts County, South Dakota. This project is being advertised subject to the availability of funding. The estimated price range is between $500,000.00 to $1,000,000.00. Bidding material will be available after July 10, 1995 at a cost of $25.00 per set, non-refundable. Only a cashier's check or a money order is acceptable. This is a total Buy-Indian Set Aside for economic enterprises that are 51% Indian owned and controlled firms. ``Section 7(b) of Public Law 93-638 (25 U.S.C. 460E) and 41 CFR 14-1.354 require that preference opportunities in employment and training be given to Indian/Alaska native economic enterprises.
