Pre-Solicitation Notice -- Provide and install complete centralized cooling system, including a water chiller with circulating pumps, circulation supply and return piping, and local fan coil units, for the National Marine Fisheries Service Laboratory at 2750 Dole Street, Honolulu, Hawaii. Paint the installed insulated chilled water circulation piping for the system. The estimated cost of this project is between $100,000 and $250,000. It is anticipated that an Invitation for Bids will be issued on or about July 28, 1995. Requests for the Invitation for Bids should be submitted prior to that date. Bid opening will occur on or about August 30, 1995.
