Chropuvka, Phone (703)604-0757 The Naval Air Systems Command (NAVAIR) intends to negotiate and award a delivery order for phase 2 of the AN/SWG-1A(V) Harpoon Shipboard Command and Launch Control System Version 9/10 Upgrade to enhance Harpoon performance and effectiveness in littoral environments. NAVAIR anticipates placing this requirement under Basic Ordering Agreement (BOA) N00019-94-G-0163 with the McDonnell Douglas Corporation, McDonnell Douglas Aerospace, Cruise Missiles, P.O. Box 516, St. Louis, MO 63166-0516. McDonnell Douglas Aerospace is the designer, developer, and sole manufacturer of the Harpoon Weapon System and is the only firm possessing the necessary knowledge, data, equipment, facilities, and experience to perform this effort in the required timeframe.
