The Air Force Flight Test Center has a requirement for a single Mobile Command Post Trailer. To be used as a command and control post for on scene natural disaster, major accident, or downed aircraft emergency. The trailer shall be as a minimum 24 Ft x 8 Ft, approximately 10000 lb GVWR. Trailer, consisting of the following minimum specifications, recessed interior step, recessed sub-floor spare tire carrier with hinged lift-up lid and support arm, 12 volt power jack ram hoist, 3 in adjustment height pintle eye coupler - 12000 lb GVWR, a beam torflex 4 in drop tandem axle assembly with 6 stud hubs drums - electric brakes, ''D'' radial tires with 6 bolt wheel (ST225/75R15 L.R.),1 each 17 ft and 18 ft roll-up awnings, provide walls and install R11 fiberglass, provide a10 KW gasoline generator, liquid cooled, mid radiator, pusher type fan, provide two each six gallon tank w/fuel gauges, fill tubes, hoses, ventilation attached, in box and w/access door and located next to generator set, trailer shall have double rear doors, steel, minimum opening 85 in W x 80 in H, each door shall have a 15 in x 22 in stationary radius tinted window. Floor shall have vinyl floor covering, installed with foil ray insulation under standard exterior grade 3/4 in plywood, interior side walls and lined with vinyl covered 1/4 in plywood and ceiling shall be lined with vinyl covered 1/4 in plywood and insulated with 7 in fiberglass ceiling insulation. Install counters, closet w/doors, and overhead cabinets w/doors. Provide a battery assembly, consisting of 100 amp hour deep cycle battery, in a vented battered box with 6 circuit fuse panel. Install a 50 amp 120/240 volt 16 circuit service panel with a 50 amp main breaker and hardwired to auto-transfer switch. install 15 amp, 110 v duplex wall receptacles, 14 amp, 4-plex surface mounted receptacles, wall switch for 110 v light, four tube. Wiring shall be 120/240 v 50 amp service panel and generator into 50 amp automatic transfer switch with 25 ft 50 amp shoreline located next to service panel, Install three 1000 watt (3100 BTU) 110 V baseboard wall heater with thermostat, and two roof mounted air conditioner, 13,5000 BTU 110 volt with 5,600 BTU heat strip. Shall provide a 12 ft aluminum roof platform with 3/4 in wolmanized FTR plywood deck, include a removeable aluminum ladder. A D.O.T. framed mounted 22 amp Hr UI series breakaway switch battery.
