The pumps will be one with a 44,800 Gallon Per Minute (GPM) minimum capacity and two with a 63,392 GPM minimum capacity. The size of the diesel engines will be determined by the pump manufacturer. This contract will cover the manufacture of the pumps, engines, and any necessary connection equipment. The pumps will be delivered to the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers in Omaha, NE. The SIC code for this action is 3561, and the small business size standard is 500 employees. The IFB will be issued on or about 18 July 1995, with proposals due approximately 17 August 1995.
