Features an automatically engaging packwheel, full cycle operation, front maintenance and an optical defect locator. It is essential that the above be compatible with existing equipment. Responses received within 15 days after this publication will be fully considered if they contain clear and convincing documentation as proof of being more advantageous to the Government.
