66 -- PROVISIONING TECHNICAL DOCUMENTATION FOR ARS TEST SET SOL N68335-95-R-0216 DUE 081595 POC B. Kephart Code 2132BK, (908) 323-2065. This procurement is for provisioning technical documentation for the aerial refueling test set. The documentation consists of supplementary provisioning technical documentation, provisioning parts list, provisioning parts list index, and design change notices. The Government does not have drawings to permit full and open competition. The Government intends to procure this data from Gull Electronics Systems, Division of Parker-Hannifin, Charlotte, NC, the manufacturer of the aerial refueling test sets for which this data is required. The solicitation will be issued under the authority of U.S.C. 23304(C) (1), FAR 6.302-1 with an approved Justification and Approval. Firms that recognize and produce the required item described are encouraged to identify themselves. All responsible sources may submit a proposal which may be considered by the Government in determining whether or not to conduct a competitive procurement. A determination by the Government not to open the requirement to competition based upon the responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. See Numbered Note(s): 22.
