NASA/Goddard Space Flight Center intends to issue RFQ5-37309/982, on a sole source basis to International Technology Management Incorporated (ITMI), Seabrook, Maryland, for program support, to include, systems engineering, organization and coordination for the EUVE Flight Test Bed for Innovative Mission Operations. This organization has extensive experience in managing a similar program for the National Institute for Science and Technology. This organization has extensive knowledge on the EUVE satellite and its operation with which this Flight Test Bed will operate. All responsible sources may respond by submitting a technical narrative statement of the their capability, including detailed technical information and other technical literature, demonstrating their ability to meet the above requirements within 15 days of the publication of this notice to the above address.
