Defense Nuclear Agency (DNA) has a requirement for 8 ''Rough Terrain
Cranes for Ukrainian ICBM Silo Dismantlement,'' as specified in
agreements between the Department of Defense and the Ministry of
Defense of Ukraine in connection with the elimination of Strategic
Nuclear Arms (SNAE). This effort is part of a larger joint effort of
the DoD to provide the Ukrainians with specialized services/equipment
that will facilitate their elimination of agreed strategic nuclear arms
and is part of the Cooperative Threat Reduction (CTR) program. In
addition to the cranes, deliverables will include Russian and English
manuals, spare parts, consumables, training, warranty and on-site
support. Crane performance specs include 10MT lifting capacity and 18
meter telescoping hydraulic boom. Delivery of cranes contemplated to be
NLT 6 months after contract award. FAST TRACK procedures are to be
