The Defense Nuclear Agency (DNA) has a requirement for 22 ''All Terrain Personnel Carriers,'' as specified in agreements between the DoD and the Ministry of Defense of Ukraine in connection with the elimination of Strategic Nuclear Arms (SNAE). This effort is part of a larger joint effort of the DoD to provide the Ukrainians with specialized services/equipment that will facilitate their elimination of agreed strategic nuclear arms and is part of the Cooperative Threat Reduction (CTR) program. In addition to the carriers, deliverables will include Russian/English manuals and spare parts. Performance specs include seating for at least 25 passengers.
