Koeppe, Phone (703)604-6100 The Naval Air Systems Command intends to place a follow-on order under a basic ordering agreement with Hughes Aircraft Company, Radar Systems, to procure engineering support efforts to install and integrate the AN/ALR-67 (V) 3&4 Advanced Special Receiver into the F/A-18 E/F aircraft. Hughes is the sole designer, devloper, and manufacturer of the AN/ALR-67(V) 3&4, Advanced Special Receiver. As such, they are the only contractor with the unique engineering and technical knowledge to provide the necessary services to met fleet requirements. See note No. 22 - NAVAIR Synopsis No. 40090-95.
