(301)443-5672 The Health Resources and Services Administration (HRSA)
proposes to negotiate on a sole source basis with the Northeastern Ohio
Universities, College of Medicine, P.O. Box 95, Rootstown OH. to obtain
quantitative data on the costs (direct, indirect and educational
infrastructure costs) involved in training medical students and
residents in ambulatory care sites. This contract shall provide insight
into the feasibility of applying a comparable measurement methodology
to quantify the costs of training nurse practitioners and physician
assistants in these settings. The Northeastern Ohio Universities is
deemed the only responsible source capable of providing the required
work and services as set forth in 41 U.S.C. (c)(1). Interested parties
