Contract Specialist, Marilyn Koser or Contracting Officer, Kim D.
Williams at (904) 882-4141. QUALIFICATION PACKAGE REQUIRED. The 46th
Test Wing is seeking sources with expertise to design, deliver,
integrate, install, test, and provide training for the
Time-Space-Position Information (TSPI) Data Processor (TDP) System. The
TDP will be used by DOD test ranges to provide real-time optimal TSPI
estimates used for assisting tracking systems and mission displays. The
TDP shall be integrated into existing DOD test range facilities that
may have unique tracking systems and interfaces. The TDP is a VME-based
system with multiple Scaleable Processor Architecture (SPARC) boards
and various input and output interface boards. The TDP is designed with
commercial off-the-shelf (COTS) hardware. The Square Root Information
Filter (SRIF) and Square Root Information Smoother (SRIS) are unique
Kalman Filter implementations that utilize parallel processing
techniques and are coded in ADA. Potential sources must possess
demonstrated experience in each of the following areas: (1) The SRIF
and SRIS TSPI Data Processor algorithms, (2) real-time integration and
processing of test range multi-sensor TSPI data including all forms of
Global Positioning System (GPS) measurement data, (3) development of
VME-based multiprocessor systems, (4) implementation and operation of
Wind River's Real-Time Operating System (VX Works), (5) operation of
Verdix's ADA Development System (VADS Works), (6) use of IV SPARC and
Super SPARC boards, (7), design and integration of DOD test range
interfaces with radar, GPS, multi-lateration and optical TSPI sensors,
