purchase an interactive voice response system to be fully integrated
with DHCP. It is required that Appointment Reminder, Appointment
Inquiry, and Pharmacy Refill applications be proven and operational at
other VA Medical Centers. The system must be written in MUMPS, and use
VA standard networking including DDP and ethernet. Reports must be in
VA standard Fileman. Reports and system parameter changes must be
available from any terminal or printer at the VAMC. The system must be
totally turnkey in nature, and there must be no programming required
