Pending internal approval, the Naval Sea Systems Command intends to award orders on multiple occasions for a two year period against Basic Ordering Agreement N00024-95-G-5630 with Westinghouse Norden Systems, Incorporated, 75 Maxess Road, Melville, NY, 11747-3182. Orders will be issued for the repair parts, repair alterations, overhaul, refurbishment and maintenance for the AN/SYS-2(V) IADT System Series. This includes all materials and services incidental to such work, such as repair parts, components, accessories, documentation, storage, inventory functions or shipping and handling. Orders will be issued pursuant to 10 U.S.C. 2304 (c)(1). Westinghouse Norden is the sole producer of the AN/SYS-2(V) IADT System. It is the only company which possesses the knowledge, experience, tooling and equipment necessary to perform the tasks described herein, nor will any other supplies or services satisfy the Navy's requirements.
