The demonstration will be an improved property accounting system associated with computers, software, furniture, and machinery, capable of acquiring data from networked PC, MacIntosh, or UNIX platforms. Currently available freeware and embedded proprietary communications protocols will be used to connect a PC UNIX-based server to laboratory and other client computers. Read access is general and database update will require security. Period of perdormance is 4 months. Award of purchase order will be issued within 5 days after close of this announcement.
