Laurie Lewandowski, (703)235-2121 The USDA Forest Service, Washington Office, requires the services of a Certified Public Accounting firm to provide compilation services to produce the agency's FY 95 financial statements in accordance with Generally Accepted Accounting Principles, the American Institute of Certified Public Accounts Compilation Standards, and requirements of the General Accounting Office, Office of Management and Budget and the Department of Agriculture. The contractor will assist in the identification of Forest Service transactions with other Federal agencies so the information can be eliminated from the financial statements being prepared by USDA and Treasury officials. The contractor will provide assistance in responding to any issues raised by USDA auditors in regard to the Forest Service financial statements. All work will be performed at the Forest Service Office in Arlington, Virginia. This action is 100% set-aside for small business. (See numbered Note 1). (0173)
